"On Trademarks, Service Marks and Appellations of Origin", as well as
GOST 10581-91 "Sewing. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage."
GOST R ISO 3758-2007 "Textile products. Marking symbols for care."
CMEA standards 1729-79 "Textile products. The symbols for care." Relevant norms of foreign legislations product must have information (labeling).
Labeling include: (a label products).
1. Trademark. Name of the company and the country-The manufacturer, product name, size and part number. The absence of one of the items questioned the brand identity of the product.
2. The fiber composition of the product is indicated in percentages separately for the top, lining and finishing products. For products consisting of two or more fibers, indicate the percentage of staple fibers.
Symbols care product must comply with the composition of the fiber.
3. Symbols care include 5 main characters:
- Symbol of washing
- Symbol whitening
- Symbol of ironing
- Symbol of dry cleaning
- Symbol drying
Recommended by the above order of the characters.
Negates line indicates that the data processing means is prohibited.
For products with special quality class for which GOST 16958-71 does not include the symbol, the manufacturer must attach a memo to care, because bears as its representative on the sale (the seller's) legal liability for incorrect or insufficient information on care.
The text of the memo is printed on a separate tape or on the product label. Size label merchandise increased by the amount needed for the text memo.
Symbols on the marking tape must bear a clearly distinguishable signs throughout the life of the product.
To product shall be also fixed and finishing spare parts (1 pc. Each size).
Symbols indicate the possibility of technological operations and modes of processing products, which according to the ST RK 1075-2002, should be guided by the dry cleaning.
By purchasing the product, be interested in the instructions for care, as during the operation it is necessary, in view of our environment, to clean more than once.
